Ingredients:

¼ cup whole hulled strawberries

1 cup unsalted butter (softened)

1/8 tsp. fine sea salt

3 ½ cups confectioners’ sugar

½ tsp. pure vanilla extract
Instructions:

In a blender, puree the strawberries until smooth. Measure three tablespoons aside for later.

In a stand mixer with a paddle attachment, cream together the butter and salt. Mix on a medium speed.

On a slow speed, add the sugar slowly and mix well.

Add the vanilla and the strawberry puree and mix well.
