Hi happy bakers!

Are you a big Star Wars fan? Do you love every last detail of the universe? My husband is a super fan and I think it’s fun to find ways to bring his favorite fandom into our lives. It might be surprising him with homemade Star Wars chocolates or watching movies under a blanket fort. Sometimes you just need to have a little fun.

For this “May the fourth be with you” day I thought it would be fun to make the famous Star Wars Blue Milk. It’s sometimes called Bantha Milk or Tatooine Milk. It’s a very rich, sweet and refreshing drink. It’s produced by a female bantha’s mammary glands. It’s appeared in numerous films, cartoons, and television shows.

There are numerous versions that Star Wars fans make but we are going to make the Disney Family website version. That’s enough introduction, let’s get into it.

Ingredients:

  • 10 Blueberries

  • 1 cup low-fat milk

  • Blue food coloring (it’s best to use natural plant-based blue food coloring)

  • 2 teaspoons of sugar

Let’s make some delicious blue milk:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.

Enjoy everyone and happy Star Wars Day!
