Yield: 1 ¾ Cups
Ingredients:

8-ounces cream cheese (softened)

½ cup unsalted butter (softened)

1/8 tsp. fine sea salt

3 ounces bittersweet chocolate (melted and warm)

2 cups confectioners’ sugar

1 tbsp. whole milk (plus more if needed)

½ tsp. pure vanilla extract
Instructions:

In an electric mixer with a paddle attachment, cream together the cream cheese, butter, and the salt. Mix on medium speed until light and fluffy.

On slow, slowly add the melted chocolate.

Slowly add the sugar until everything is mixed well together. You do not want to over mix because it will add to much air.

Still, on slow speed, add the milk and the vanilla. Beat until the frosting is evenly mixed.
If you want the frosting to be thinner add a few tablespoons of milk.
