Cheesecake
Ingredients:

8 ounces white chocolate, melted

3 pounds cream cheese
-
1 ¼ cups sugar
-
½ cup flour
-
6 eggs
-
1 cup heavy cream
-
1 tablespoon vanilla
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Grease 2 10-inch springform pans.

In a large bowl, cream together the cream cheese, sugar, and flour. It should be light and fluffy.

Adding eggs one at a time, mix well after every egg.

Add melted white chocolate.

On low speed, add the vanilla and heavy cream and blend well.

Pour into prepared pan. Place the pan in a water bath. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes. The center should be firm.

Let rest at room temperature for 1 hour. Once cooled, refrigerate until perfectly set. Only remove pan once set.
Sauce for Topping
Ingredients:

1 cup heavy cream
-
2 cups white chocolate, finely chopped

2-ounce orange liqueur
Instructions:

In a saucepan, bring the heavy cream to a boil.

In a bowl, place the white chocolate. Pour the heated cream over the chocolate.

Add the orange liqueur and stir until combines.

Pour over cheesecake. Serve sauce warm.
