White Chocolate Cheesecake

Yield: 1 10-inch cheesecake




  • 8 ounces white chocolate, melted

  • 3 pounds cream cheese

  • 1 ¼ cups sugar

  • ½ cup flour

  • 6 eggs

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla


  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

  • Grease 2 10-inch springform pans.

  • In a large bowl, cream together the cream cheese, sugar, and flour. It should be light and fluffy.

  • Adding eggs one at a time, mix well after every egg.

  • Add melted white chocolate.

  • On low speed, add the vanilla and heavy cream and blend well.

  • Pour into prepared pan. Place the pan in a water bath. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes. The center should be firm.

  • Let rest at room temperature for 1 hour. Once cooled, refrigerate until perfectly set. Only remove pan once set.

Sauce for Topping


  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 2 cups white chocolate, finely chopped

  • 2-ounce orange liqueur


  • In a saucepan, bring the heavy cream to a boil.

  • In a bowl, place the white chocolate. Pour the heated cream over the chocolate.

  • Add the orange liqueur and stir until combines.

  • Pour over cheesecake. Serve sauce warm.
