Ingredients:

2 Cups mascarpone cheese

3 Cups heavy cream

1/4 Cup powdered sugar

1/2 Tsp vanilla extract

3 Tbsps. coffee liqueur

1 Tbsp instant coffee

1 10-inch sponge cake

1/4 Cup Cocoa powder
Instructions:

In a large bowl, whip the mascarpone cheese, cream, sugar, vanilla, coffee liqueur, and instant coffee. Whip until it becomes stiff.

Cut the sponge cake in half. Lay one half down and cover with a layer of the cream mixture. Place the second half of the cake on top. Place in refrigerate for 1 hour.

Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.
