Ingredients:

1 1/4 raspberries, frozen

3 tbsps. sugar

1 tbsps. gelatin, unflavoured

3 tbsp raspberry liqueur

1 1/4 cups whipped cream
-
1/2 cup raspberry yogurt
-
1 9-inch pie shell, baked
Instructions:

In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, simmer the raspberries, sugar, and gelatin. Simmer until the gelatine and sugar are dissolved.

Pour into a large bowl and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Chill until the gelatin sets.

Once set, whisk the yogurt and raspberry into the gelatin.

Pour the mixture into the pie shell and let chill for 3 to 4 hours before serving.
