Disney Park Recipe:
Location: Chef Mickey’s Village Restaurant – Disney Village Marketplace – Walt Disney World

Yield: 4 official Servings (but I say 6-8)
Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups sliced peaches (canned, drained)

2 tsp apricot brandy

2 tsp unsalted butter
-
2 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp cinnamon
-
1/2 cup sugar

2 tsp lemon juice
-
1/4 tsp nutmeg
-
1 tbsp cornstarch
-
2 tsp water
-
1/2 package pie dough (or 1 ready-made pie shell)
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F

In a large saucepan, boil the peaches, brandy, butter, vanilla, cinnamon, sugar, lemon juice, and nutmeg.

In a small cup, combine the water and cornstarch. Mix well together. Once mixed, add to saucepan mixture. Mix together until it gets thick.

Pour the peach mixture into a deep dish pie plate. Cover with pie dough and crimp the edges to seal in the peach filling.

Bake for 45 minutes and let cool a little before servings. It will be very hot.
