Ingredients:

5 Milky Way Candy Bars

1 Cup butter
-
2 Cups sugar
-
4 eggs (separated)

2 1/2 cups flour
-
1/2 tsp baking soda
-
1 1/4 cups buttermilk
-
1 cup pecans (chopped)

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate morsels (melted)
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 325F degrees

Grease and flour an angel food cake pan

Over low heat in a small pot, melt candy bars and 1/2 cup of butter.

Using an electric mixer, cream together the sugar and 1/2 cup butter. Cream until light and fluffy.

Add the candy bar mixture and mix well.

Add egg yolks one at a time. Blend well after each egg.

Sift flour in a medium bowl and set aside.

In a small bowl, dissolve the baking soda in the buttermilk.

Alternate between adding the buttermilk mixture, and the flour into the candy bar mixture. Ending with the flour.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites. Beat until you reach stiff peaks. Fold into the candy bar mixture.

Mix in the chopped pecans to the mix.

Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Let cool completely and frost with melted semi-sweet chocolate.
