Yield: 1 9-inch cheesecake
Ingredients:

4 8-ounce packages cream cheese (softened)

1 cup sugar

2 tsp vanilla extract
-
3/4 tsp lemon flavoring

4 eggs (lightly beaten)

3 egg yolks (lightly beaten)

3/4 cup heavy cream
-
6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate (melted)

1/2 cup milk
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400F degrees

Lightly grease and flour a 9-inch springform pan.

Using an electric mixer beat together the cream cheese until smooth.

Add the sugar, vanilla and lemon flavoring. Mix well.

Slowly add the eggs one at a time. Mix well after adding each egg.

Add the cream and blend really well. You want it to be smooth.

In a small bowl, add 1 1/2 cup of the mixture and stir in the melted chocolate. Set mixture aside.

Add the milk to the original batter bowl. Mix well.

Pour into the springform pan. One spoon at a time, add the chocolate mixture to the pan. Dropping them in different areas. Swirl them together.

Place the pan in a water bath and bake for 15 minutes.

Reduce the temperature to 325F degree and cook for 40 to 50 minutes. Bake until the center of cheesecake is set.

Cool on a wire rack and then place in refrigerator for several hours.
