- 2 cups ripe mango, chopped
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup chilled whole milk
- 1 cup whole-milk plain yogurt
- 2 to 3 teaspoons sugar, optional
- If your mango is stingy with fibers, push through a nylon sieve. Place in the refrigerator until the mango is cold.
- In a blender, combine the mango, pinch of salt, milk, and yogurt. Puree the mixture. It will become smooth when ready.
- Refrigerate up to 24 hours.
Note: Adding 8 ice cubes into the blender will make it colder.
