Mango Lassi (Chilled Mango Yogurt Drink) (Disney Park Recipe)

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups ripe mango, chopped
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup chilled whole milk
  • 1 cup whole-milk plain yogurt
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons sugar, optional

Instructions:

  1. If your mango is stingy with fibers, push through a nylon sieve. Place in the refrigerator until the mango is cold.
  2. In a blender, combine the mango, pinch of salt, milk, and yogurt. Puree the mixture. It will become smooth when ready.
  3. Refrigerate up to 24 hours.

Note: Adding 8 ice cubes into the blender will make it colder.
