Kona White & Dark Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. & 3oz Cream cheese

  • ½ cup Granulated sugar

  • 7 large eggs

  • ¼ cup milk

  • 1/3 cup white chocolate

  • 2 tbsp. butter

  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 280F.

  2. In a stand mixer with a paddle, cream together the cheese and sugar.

  3. One at a time, add the eggs to the mix. Mix well after each egg and scrape down the bowl after each time.

  4. Over the stove or in the microwave, melt the chocolate and butter.

  5. In a saucepan, heat the milk and add the chocolate and butter mixture. Stir the mixture well.

  6. Add the chocolate mixture to the creamed cheese mixture. Mix well for 30 seconds.

Note: the source recipe was not very specific about dish size. We will update this recipe when we get further information.

  1. Place 1 oz. of graham cracker crumbs in the bottom of the ring.

  2. Place 7oz of the cream cheese filling over the graham cracker crumbs.

  3. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour. Bake until the center is set.

  4. Let cool completely before serving it.
