Key Lime Pie (Olivia’s)

Disney Park Recipe:

Location: Olivia’s Cafe – Disney’s Old Key West Resort – Walt Disney World

Yield: 8 Servings


  • 5 Large egg yolks

  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk

  • 2/3 cup Key lime juice

  • 1 prepared 9-inch graham cracker piecrust


  1. Preheat your oven to 350F degrees

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the yolks. Slowly and carefully blend in the sweetened condensed milk and the key lime juice.

  3. Using a prepared piecrust, pour in the mixture and bake for 12 to 15 minutes. The pie will become set.

  4. Cool at room temperature on a wire rack. Cover and chill until very cold.

  5. Serve chilled.
