Ingredients:

5 Large egg yolks

1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk

2/3 cup Key lime juice

1 prepared 9-inch graham cracker piecrust
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350F degrees

In a large bowl, whisk together the yolks. Slowly and carefully blend in the sweetened condensed milk and the key lime juice.

Using a prepared piecrust, pour in the mixture and bake for 12 to 15 minutes. The pie will become set.

Cool at room temperature on a wire rack. Cover and chill until very cold.

Serve chilled.
