Yield- 4 loaves
Ingredients:

3 cups water (warm)

1-ounce active dry yeast

8 1/2 cups flour

1-ounce salt
-
1 1/2 ounces honey
Instructions:

With an electric mixer, use a dough hook, combine water and yeast. Let the yeast soften in the water for about five minutes.

Stir in the honey

Sift together the flour and the salt. Add it to the yeast mixture and mix at a low speed. Mix for one minute. Then on medium for two minutes.

When the dough separates from the bowl, cover the bowl with a cloth to rest. After about an hour the dough would have raised to double its size.

On a clean floured surface, knead lightly. Form the dough into the shape you want; loaf, rolls, baguettes etc.

Preheat oven to 200F degrees. Once preheated, turn it off.

With a serrated knife, score the tops of the dough. Break the skin to about 1/8 inch deep.

Place in the oven until it doubles in size.

Remove from oven and preheat to 400F degrees.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, the Bread should be a golden brown.
