Yield: 10 small loaves or 4 regular loaves
Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups water

3/4 ounce active dry yeast

3/4 cup milk
-
1/4 cup olive oil
-
2 eggs
-
9 cups all-purpose flour

2 tbsp honey
-
1 tbsp salt
-
1 tbsp pepper
-
1 1/2 tsp thyme
-
1 1/2 tsp basil
Instructions:

In warm water, dissolve yeast for 5 minutes

In a very large bowl, mix milk, olive oil, eggs, and the yeast mixture all together. Mix for one minute.

Add the flour, honey, salt, pepper, thyme, basil to the bowl and mix together until the dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl.

On a lightly floured surface, knead dough for 5 minutes.

Place back in the bowl, cover with olive oil, cover with plastic wrap, place in warm spot and let double in size. Doubling in size should take an hour.

Preheat oven to 350F degrees.

Remove, knead again, and cut into 10 small loaves or 4 regular loaves. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit until they double in size.

Bake for 40 minutes. The bread will be golden brown. Let cool on a wire rack.
