Ingredients:

16oz Heavy Cream

6 oz. Caramel from the can

5 oz. Egg yolks

4 bananas and brown sugar and chocolate curl
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 250F

In a large saucepan, heat the heavy cream and the caramel together. You want to bring them to a simmer.

Turn off the heat and egg the egg yolks into the mixture. Whisk really well during and after adding the egg yolks. Whisk until it is well all combined.

Pour 7-½ oz. of the mixture into the ramekins.

Bake for 1 hour and 25 minutes.

Let chill for a minimum of 2 hours.

Cut the bananas in half lengthwise.

Place a banana on each Crème Brule. Top with brown sugar.

Using a butane kitchen torch, torch the tops.

Garnish with a chocolate peel for presentation.
Note: The source feels the recipe should be Dulce de Leche instead of 6oz Caramel. Let us know if you try it.
