Mango Sorbet

Disney Park Recipe:

Location: Cinderella’s Royal Table – Magic KingdomWalt Disney World

Yield: 3 cups


  • 4 large ripe mangoes (peeled, seeded, chopped)

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 2 tbsp. light corn syrup

  • 2 tbsp. sugar


  1. In a food processor, puree the mangoes.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine the puree, water, light corn syrup, and sugar. Mix until it’s smooth and all the sugar is dissolved.

  3. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for two hours.

  4. Place the mixture in an ice cream freezer. Follow its directions.
