Yield: 3 cups
Ingredients:

4 large ripe mangoes (peeled, seeded, chopped)

1/2 cup water

2 tbsp. light corn syrup

2 tbsp. sugar
Instructions:

In a food processor, puree the mangoes.

In a medium bowl, combine the puree, water, light corn syrup, and sugar. Mix until it’s smooth and all the sugar is dissolved.

Place the mixture in the refrigerator for two hours.

Place the mixture in an ice cream freezer. Follow its directions.

Ya I think it totally would. Most recipes will let you substitute fresh for frozen 🙂
