Ingredients Foam Topping:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
- 4 tablespoons Mango Nectar/Juice
- 4 tablespoons Passionfruit Juice
- 3 tablespoons sugar
Ingredients Apple Slush:
- 2 (12 ounces) cans of frozen no-sugar-added apple juice concentrate
- 12 ounces cold water
- 3 squirts Torani Toasted Marshmallow syrup
Instructions Foam Topping:
- In a cold large bowl, combine the whipping cream, mango, and passion fruit juices. Begin to beat on high.
- While beating, slowly add sugar. Beat until stiff peaks form. Place in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Instructions Apple Slush:
- In a blender, combine both frozen cans of juice, water and 3 squirts of the toasted marshmallow syrup.
- Blend on for 10 seconds.
- Pour the apple slush into the glass.
- Top with Foam Topping.
- Serve immediately.
