Yield: Topping for 1 9-inch cake
Ingredients:

1 9-inch cheesecake, chilled

Enough thinly sliced pound cake to cover the top of cheesecake

2 dozen strawberries (hulls removed and cut in half)

2 cups apricot glaze
-
2 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions:

Cover the cheesecake with pound cake

Cut side down, layer with the strawberries

In a saucepan over low heat, melt the apricot glaze. Spoon of the strawberries.

Crush the cracker crumbs, press the crumbs around the outside of the cake
-
Chill before serving.
