Matsu Beverage

Disney Park Recipe:

Location: Mitsukoshi Restaurant – Japan – Epcot CenterWalt Disney World 

Source: Mickey’s Gourmet Cookbook

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 ounce gin
  • 1-ounce melon liqueur
  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1-ounce lemon bar mix
  • 4 ounces crushed ice

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, add the ingredients and blend until frothy.
  2. Pour into a tall glass with a straw.
