Disney Park Recipe:

Location: Coral Reef Restaurant – Epcot – Walt Disney World

Ingredients:

• 1 cup smooth peanut butter
• 1/2 cup light corn syrup
• 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar

Instructions:

1. In a stand mixer with a paddle attachment, mix together the peanut butter, corn syrup, and vanilla.
2. Slowly add the powdered sugar. Mix between each addition.
3. Scoop into a bowl and decorate with cookies, candies, and pretzels.

Note: If not used right away, store in an airtight container.
