Yield: 1 9-inch cheesecake
Crust
Ingredients:

1 Cup graham cracker crumbs

1 1/2 tsp sugar
-
1/4 tsp salt
-
3 tbsps. butter
Instructions:

Lightly grease a 9-inch springform pan.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well.

Once combined, press the mixture into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
Filling
Ingredients:

3 8-ounce packages cream cheese (softened)
-
1 3-ounce package cream cheese (softened)
-
10 ounces farmer cheese
-
1 1/3 cups sugar
-
1/2 tsp salt
-
1 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
-
2 1/2 tbsp flour
-
5 eggs (lightly beaten)
-
2 egg yolks ( lightly beaten)

1/4 cup milk
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

In a large bowl, blend together the cream cheese and farmer cheese. It will become light and fluffy.

Add the sugar, salt, vanilla, and flour into the cheese mixture. Beat the mixture together well.

Slowly add the eggs to the mixture. Mix well after each egg.

Add the milk and beat until everything is well combined.

Pour the mixture over the crust in the prepared springform pan

Bake for 25 minutes.

Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven when the cheesecake is set. After cooling for 30 minutes, place in the refrigerator. Top with fruit glaze.
