Ingredients:

2 cups Sugar

½ cup milk

3 tbsp. maple butter

1 tsp. light corn syrup

½ cup walnuts, roughly chopped

2 tbsp. butter

1 tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions:

In a saucepan, combine the sugar, milk, maple butter, and corn syrup. Bring the mixture to a boil. Cook until it reaches 235 degrees.

Remove from the heat and add in the butter and vanilla.

Do not mix and let cool to 110F degrees.

Add the walnuts and beat very well. The fudge will lose its gloss and will get thick.

Pour the mixture into plastic wrap and let cool until the mixture becomes hard.

Place on a cutting board and cut into squares.
