- 2 cups diced mango, more for garnish
- 1 cup plain, unsweetened yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Dash cardamon, more to taste
- Ice (Optional)
- In a blender, combine the mango, yogurt, honey, and cardamon. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into serving glasses.
- Garnish with diced mango.
Note: For a thicker consistency, blend in ice.
