Italian Bread

Disney Park Recipe:

Yield: 7 small loaves


  • 3 Cups water, ice-cold

  • 7 Cups bread flour, divided

  • 2 Packages quick-rise yeast

  • 1 Tbsp. salt


  1. In a large bowl, sift together 5 cups of bread flour, and the yeast.

  2. Using an electric mixer with a dough hook attachment, add the water to the bowl.

  3. Add the flour mixture to the water bowl and blend under well combined. It will form a sticky dough.

  4. Add the two remaining cups of sift flour and the salt to the dough mixture. Blend on medium until the dough is well combined.

  5. On a floured surface, lightly knead, cover and let rest in a warm area. Let rest until the dough doubles in size. Should take about 30 to 40 minutes to grow.

  6. Once doubled in size, cut into 7 equal pieces, knead, and make loaves. Place loaves on a lightly greased baking sheet. Let rest for another 30 to 40 minutes. It will double in size.

  7. Preheat over to 400F degrees.

  8. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.

  9. Serve cold or warm
