- 1-pint heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup cajeta, plus more for serving
- 3/4 cup white chocolate chips, plus more for serving
- Fresh blueberries, fresh mint, for serving
- In a large bowl, whip the cream and powdered sugar until it has reached stiff peaks.
- Fold in the cajeta into the mixture.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Place in serving dishes.
- Drizzle each with cajeta.
- Garnish with blueberries and mint.
