Cajeta Mousse

  • 1-pint heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup cajeta, plus more for serving
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate chips, plus more for serving
  • Fresh blueberries, fresh mint, for serving


  1. In a large bowl, whip the cream and powdered sugar until it has reached stiff peaks.
  2. Fold in the cajeta into the mixture.
  3. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  4. Place in serving dishes.
  5. Drizzle each with cajeta.
  6. Garnish with blueberries and mint.
