Disney Park Recipe:

Location: Farmers Market – The Land – EPCOT Center – Walt Disney World

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup sugar

• 3/4 cup water

• 1 cup whole blueberries, fresh or frozen

• 1 tbsp cornstarch

• 1 tbsp cold water

Instructions:

1. In a small saucepan, heat the sugar, water, and blueberries until boiling.

2. In a small bowl, dissolve the cornstarch in 1 tbsp water. Mix into the saucepan. Simmer for 2 minutes.

3. Let cool for 20 minutes. Serve on top of New York Style Cheesecake.
