Ingredients:

• 6 mint leaves
• 1 oz vodka
• 1 oz pear liqueur
• 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
• 3 oz ginger beer
• lime wheel for garnish
• mint sprig for garnish

Instructions:

1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the mint leaves, vodka, pear liqueur, ice, and fresh lime juice. Shake well.
2. Pour the mixture into a glass and top with ginger beer.
3. Garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig.
