Disney Park Recipe:

Location: D-Luxe Burger – Disney Springs – Walt Disney World

Ingredients:

• 12 ounces vanilla gelato

• 2 ounces whole milk

• ½ ounce dark chocolate sauce

• 1 ounce toasted marshmallow syrup

• 1 tsp crushed graham crackers

• Whipped cream

• Mini marshmallows

• Graham cracker

• Dark chocolate sauce

Instructions:

1. In a blender, blend together the vanilla gelato, whole milk, dark chocolate sauce, toasted marshmallow syrup and crushed graham crackers. Blend until the mixture because smooth.

2. Pour mixture into a tall glass.

3. Top with whipped cream.

4. Garnish with the mini marshmallows and the graham cracker.

5. Drizzle the top with the dark chocolate sauce.

Note: D-Luxe makes their own vanilla gelato but you can use grocery store gelato too. They also say that the toasted marshmallow sauce can be found at specialty grocery stores.
