Ingredients:

8-ounces cream cheese (softened)

½ cup unsalted butter (softened)

1/8 tsp. fine sea salt

3 ¾ cups confectioners’ sugar

¾ tsp. coconut extract
-
¼ tsp. pure vanilla extract
Instructions:

In a mixer with a paddle attachment, cream together the cream cheese, butter, and salt. Mix on medium speed. It will become light and fluffy.

Reduce to low speed, slowly add the sugar and mix well.

Increase to medium speed; add the coconut and vanilla extracts. Beat to incorporate all the ingredients.
