Disney Park Recipe:

Location: Sprinkles – Disney Springs – Walt Disney World

Yield: 2 Cups

Ingredients:

• ¼ cup whole hulled strawberries

• 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)

• 1/8 tsp. fine sea salt

• 3 ½ cups confectioners’ sugar

• ½ tsp. pure vanilla extract

Instructions:

1. In a blender, puree the strawberries until smooth. Measure three tablespoons aside for later.

2. In a stand mixer with a paddle attachment, cream together the butter and salt. Mix on a medium speed.

3. On a slow speed, add the sugar slowly and mix well.

4. Add the vanilla and the strawberry puree and mix well.
