South Seas Island Delight

Location: Carnation Cafe – Disneyland ParkDisneyland

Source: Chef Mickey Treasures from the Vault & Delicious New Favorites by Pam Brandon and the Disney Chefs


  • 2 scoops pineapple sherbet
  • 1/4 cup strawberry topping
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • Whipped cream, for garnish
  • Maraschino cherry, for garnish


  1. In a blender, combine the sherbet, strawberry topping, and coconut. Blend until smooth.
  2. Into a tall glass, pour the drink.
  3. Garnish with whipped cream and the cherry.
