Disney Park Recipe:

Location: Big Thunder Ranch – Disneyland Park – Disneyland

Ingredients:

• 1 (10.5-ounce) box fudge brownie mix

• 1 (1-pound) bag large marshmallows

• ¼ cup 2 tbsps. hot fudge sauce, warmed

• 8 graham crackers

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375F.

2. Grease a 9×13 cake pan.

3. Break half the graham cracker into planks and crush the other half of the graham crackers.

4. As per the directions on the brownie box, prepare the brownies. Bake for 20 to 22 minutes. Bake until you can stick a toothpick in the middle and it comes out dry.

5. Cover the brownies with the marshmallows.

6. With leaving the door open with the broiler on; place the pan under the broiler for 1 ½ to 2 minutes. Be careful not to burn the marshmallow. You want them to just be golden brown.

7. Drizzle the top of the marshmallows with the hot fudge.

8. Spread the crushed graham crackers over the top of the marshmallows.

9. Place the planks of graham throughout the dish.
