Fruit and Low – Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt Parfait

  • ½ cup Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt

  • ½ banana, sliced

  • ½ cup fresh blueberries

  • ¼ cup strawberries, sliced

  • ½ cup plain granola (unflavored)


  1. Place 1/3 of the granola in the bottom of a parfait dish.

  2. Cover the granola with 1/3 of the yogurt.

  3. Top the yogurt with 1/3 of the fruit.

  4. Repeat steps 1-3 two more times.

  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes
