Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

  • 1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar

  • 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter

  • 2/3 cup pureed pumpkin

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

  • 1/8 tsp cloves

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips

  • 1/2 lbs marshmallows

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Using a 12×8 inch baking dish, cover with tinfoil. Leave some hanging over the edge.

  2. In a large saucepan, whisk together the butter, evaporated milk, pumpkin, spices, and sugar. It will melt quickly. Bring to boil.

  3. Boil the mixture until it reaches the soft ball stage (roughly 235F).

  4. Stir in the white chocolate chips. After mixed, place in marshmallows and maple syrup. Don’t worry if between the chips and marshmallows it clumps up. Stir until melted.

  5. Pour into pan and let cool for at least two hours. It needs to completely cool.

  6. Once cooled, cut into one-inch square to be served.

  1. Don’t make this fudge. I’ve had Disney pumpkin fudge and this is nothing like it. I make fudge a few times a year and this comes out nothing like fudge. Look for Disney magic elsewhere.

    1. I’m sorry this didn’t work out for you. I tried it a few years ago and I remember it turning out. Maybe considerably more dense than normal but still fudge. We are going to be removing all the unofficial recipes soon and revamping it to recipes from just official sources. Appreciate the feedback because it’s helpful to know what recipe works and which don’t. Have a great day!

    1. Thanks for the comment. I had tried this recipe and I remember it work out but someone recently mentioned it didn’t work at all for them. We are going to be removing it from the site soon. I will research the missing ingredient though and let you know. Soon we will be removing all unofficial recipes because of things like missing ingredients and not knowing if they have been tested. Sorry about all this. Have a great afternoon.
