Ingredients:

½ cup Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt

½ banana, sliced

½ cup fresh blueberries

¼ cup strawberries, sliced

½ cup plain granola (unflavored)
Instructions:

Place 1/3 of the granola in the bottom of a parfait dish.

Cover the granola with 1/3 of the yogurt.

Top the yogurt with 1/3 of the fruit.

Repeat steps 1-3 two more times.

Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes
