Disney Park Recipe:

Ingredients:

• 12 Hot dogs

• 1 cup cornmeal

• 1 cup flour

• 2 tbsp sugar

• 1 egg

• 1 cup buttermilk

• 2 tbsp baking powder

• 1/2 tsp salt

• 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions:

1. Preheat oil to 350F degrees

2. In a large bowl, sift together baking powder, salt, flour, sugar, and cornmeal. Stir well.

3. Add egg, milk, and vegetable oil. Whisk together. (Hint: it may be easier to mix with hands)

4. Insert sticks into the hotdogs. Start at the bottom, and go half way up.

5. Dip the hot dog in the batter. (Again may be easier with hands)

6. Fry each coated dog for three to four minutes. Remove from heat when they become golden brown color.
