Ingredients:

2 Ounces butter

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1/4 cup orange juice concentrate

1-ounce clear orange liqueur

2 ounces cognac, divided
-
1-pint strawberries (sliced)

3 medium bananas (sliced, no peel)

8 scoops vanilla ice cream

8 parfait glasses
Instructions:

In a saucepan, bring to boil the orange juice, butter, powdered sugar, and cinnamon. Once boiling, add the orange liqueur and 1 ounce of the cognac. Mix really well.

Add the bananas and strawberries.

Pour into the chafing dish, add hot cognac. Light on fire.

In the serving dish, add ice cream. Ladle the cognac mixture over the ice cream.
