Hello happy bakers,
I think this might be the last of the April cookbook challenge. I know I could finish the rest of them in time but I just don’t about them. I’m going to give it a few hours though and see what I think. I always want to finish things I start but I want to make sure it’s of value to you. Our team wants to bring you the best Disney recipes. I don’t if these are it. They aren’t bad, but they… I just don’t know.
This one is pretty cute. Who doesn’t love Simba?
Ingredients:
-
3.4 oz package instant butterscotch pudding
-
1 1/2 cups milk
-
Whole almonds
-
Vanilla wafers
-
Black licorice strings
-
Red colored candy.
Instructions:
-
Use vegetable oil to grease 2 ramekins.
-
In a large saucepan, place the butterscotch pudding mix and milk. If the box calls for 2 cups of milk, only use 1.5 of the milk. Follow the directions on the box to create the pudding.
-
Place the pudding in the ramekins, and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. It will set.
-
Once set, use a knife around the edges to loosen the mold.
-
Place a plate over the ramekin, and flip the ramekin over. Slowly remove the ramekin.
-
Cut a vanilla wafer in half and place one piece on each side. These will be the ears.
-
Place two whole almonds for the eyes, black licorice strings for the whiskers and red candy for the mouth.
Happy baking everyone!
